Wanna' know how ?! Alright, alright. All you need is to follow all instructions that i'll give to you.

1) IP Banned = Permanent ban! (so that you can't get it back anymore.)

2) Banned Account = So easy! Instructions: Create a new account in Aeria > go here: aeriagames.com/contact/support > Then, choose the "Ban Appeal" (you can find it at the lower left section) > Make a blah-blah-blah reason > Wait for their response > Then you'll receive a Form and you need to fill up that Form to know that you are the real owner of that banned account. > You must remember the Email of it, Items, Character, etc. > You're done!
