The game automatically closes after xigncode logo disappears, why?

Did everything:

- activate guid

- says "h4ck is loaded.."

- cleared prefetch and temp

- deleted xigncode.log

- run as admin

What else did I miss? I'm using windows 7 x64.  tyia.

Edit:  I also installed vcredist 2013 and directx, restarted computer but still a no go.  why??
