when i started the h4ck, My sf suddenly patches it self "again", then when the game opens, there's no menu, does that mean it's patched already?

i followed the instruction at it is,,, run the cleaner as admin, also the h4ck as admin, then launch the sf, but there's still no menu. I think it's patched already
