PS: You need to have the weapon's that you're going to trade in your Account's Inventory for this to Work.!

***As a reminder... you can ONLY upgrade your weapon in the order of the levels from the chart above, starting with level one. ***
For example, if you currently possess x2 Camo M4A1's from Level One, you will only be able to upgrade to any one gun from Level Two. If you should possess x2 Super Nova HK416's from Level Two, you will only be able to upgrade to any one gun from Level Three. Etc... The same process applies for all weapons listed in the above image. YOU CAN ALSO MIX AND MATCH, BUT ONLY IN THE LEVEL THAT YOU ARE TRADING IN (SO, ANY TWO LEVEL 1 GUNS CAN BE TRADED FOR ANY ONE LEVEL 2 GUN, ANY TWO LEVEL 2 GUNS CAN BE TRADED FOR ANY ONE LEVEL 3 GUN, ETC.).
Please also keep in mind: WE DO NOT UPGRADE WEAPONS NOT LISTED This is ONLY for the weapons in the chart above.
Please note that weapon enchantments do not transfer to the upgraded gun. If you upgrade an enchanted gun, the enchantments will lost.
If you are upgrading a weapon that you own multiples of, please make sure to specify the durability of weapons you would like to upgrade, especially if one or more of the guns is enchanted. If the guns share the same durability, please use of one the guns in battle to lower the durability.

- Now that you have the Weapon Upgrade item in your cart, confirm your purchase by selecting the “Purchase” option in your cart history. You will then receive a placeholder item (Spray Can)

- Once you have purchased and can confirm you have successfully purchased your Weapon Upgrade, you will be linked to your account’s purchase history.

- The status should say it has been delivered, meaning the item was successfully purchased. In order to complete the final transaction for this process, you are required to fill out all the required information in the form below.

- After submitting your form, all you need to do is wait. Typical turn around time can be expected to be anywhere from 24-72 hours.
- After the upgrade has been completed you will receive the weapon in your Inventory

Weapon Upgrade FAQ:
(1) You CANNOT trade in weapons from a level for weapons in the same level. Many people have tried to trade in weapons from, say, level 10 for another weapon in level 10. You can't do that as the post clearly states that "you can ONLY upgrade your weapon in the order of the levels from the chart above, starting with level one." So, that means you have to trade up levels, not within the same level.
(2) You CANNOT trade in level 10 weapons, period. As is clearly stated, "you can ONLY upgrade your weapon in the order of the levels from the chart above, starting with level one." As there is no level above 10, then level 10 weapons cannot be traded in, simple as that.
(3) Both guns that you trade in MUST be permanent versions. If you try to trade in durational items, then your request will be denied.
(4) You CANNOT skip levels. Once again, "you can ONLY upgrade your weapon in the order of the levels from the chart above, starting with level one." So, that means you can't trade in level 1 weapons for a level 3 weapon. Upgrades must go level 1 -> level 2, level 2 -> level 3 and so on.
(5) You CANNOT downgrade weapons. Once again, "you can ONLY upgrade your weapon in the order of the levels from the chart above, starting with level one." So, that means you can't trade in level 1 weapons for a level 3 weapon. Upgrades must go level 1 -> level 2, level 2 -> level 3 and so on.
