~Step 2 Uninstall winrar and Reinstall. If still not working Do step 3

~Step 3 Dont Use v5. If you dont want Step 3 then Do Step 4

~Step 4 Reforrmat PC. Still not working? then Repeat.

im run with admin but the the loader no run i have windows 7

i think the problem is for the microsoft.net framework but idk what we need if one admin can help what frameworks her have for we donwload i think its ok.
